Contemporary Dance with Mandy (beginner/intermediate level) 9.30-10.45am £7
For those who love to dance.. come along and improve your technique whilst increasing flexibility, co-ordination, strength and general fitness levels in a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.
This physical class combines fluid dance movements with exercises that challenge your body and brain. Expect some floor based sequences, but this class will cater a wide range of abilities, age and experience, and within each class there are always a number of different options if something doesn’t quite feel right for your body.
Dance into the week with Amy (gentle dance fitness) 10.45-11.30am £6
A gentle dance and Pilates based fitness class, designed to strengthen, tone and shake off the weekend. All ages and abilities welcome, exercises will be moderated to suit individual needs. Please bring along your dancing feet and your sense of humour!
Adult Tap for Beginners/Intermediate level with Catherine 6-6.45pm £6
Release your inner Fred or Ginger whilst developing skills in co-ordination, musicality and rhythm in this energetic tap class. .
Dance for Fitness with Catherine 6.45-7.30pm £6
An upbeat, fitness based dance class. Strengthen, tone and stretch whilst enjoying a fun, fast paced workout.
Ballet for Beginners with Catherine 7.30-8.15pm £6
Whether stepping in for the first time or dusting off the old shoes, this class will ease you through the foundations of classical ballet, whilst improving balance, posture and body awareness.
We have a large amount of interest already, and the tap class is almost full – please do email if you are interested in attending. The first class is pay as you go and then payments will be half termly thereafter.
